Danish ambassador to leave Syria

Did you spot what's missing from this BBC report? The word "Muslim".

Relations between Denmark and Syria have been strained since crowds stormed the Danish embassy last weekend.

They were protesting at Danish cartoons satirising the Prophet Muhammad.

"Crowds" of whom and who are "they"?

Last Saturday, hundreds of protesters in Damascus hurled stones at the Danish embassy before scaling it, amid chants of "God is great". They then moved on to attack the Norwegian embassy.

The word "Muslim" appears only once at the end and then only when Muslims are portrayed as victims.

The Jyllands-Posten newspaper, which has expressed regret for offending Muslims over the cartoons, said it would "in no circumstances" publish Iranian Holocaust pictures describing it as a "tasteless media stunt".

You see? Subtle isn't it? But that's how the BBC covers up Muslim and, for that matter, Palestinian violence.
