BBC 'impartial whatever the cost'

The BBC doesn't know the meaning of the word.

Here is what Helen Boaden, newly appointed BBC director of news, had to say on the subject.

She, naturally, stood firm on impartiality, saying it was non-negotiable and that the BBC's survival depended on giving the public accurate and unbiased news.

If the BBC's survival depends on them being unbiased then the BBC is doomed and good riddance.
