AP reports on Time's choice of Bush for Man of the Year.
But as usual, AP just can't help showing their bias.
Kelly said Bush has changed dramatically since he was named Person of the Year in 2000 after the Supreme Court awarded him the presidency.
They can't admit even today, that Bush won.
