Iraq - New Government Birthday Gift For Saddam

The BBC reports on Iraq's first democratically elected government in 50 years. But true to form the BBC have to pour cold water on this monumental day.

Mr Jaafari was under huge pressure to produce a government and, in the end, it had to be a flawed result, the BBC's Jim Muir says.
