The victim was a non-practising Muslim and had a child in 2004 by her non-Muslim boyfriend. She was killed 15 days after the birth of the baby.
Her brother had allegedly regularly threatened the victim, and she had made a complaint to police in November 2004, shortly before her death.
Let's not forget Van Gogh, a Dutch filmmaker critical of Islam.
Theo van Gogh, a descendant of the brother of 19th century Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh, was gunned down as he cycled to work in Amsterdam on Nov. 2. He begged for mercy but prosecutors say the accused shot and stabbed him before slashing his throat.
Seems the Danish Queen is right when she says:
"We have to show our opposition to Islam and we have to, at times, run the risk of having unflattering labels placed on us because there are some things for which we should display no tolerance," she said.
Well said.
Meanwhile here in the UK, the Met Chief assures us things are just fine.
Speaking on the BBC show, he added: "99.9% of Muslims and 99.9% of Asians are law-abiding people and we've got to support them in that and understand the difference.
Well now Chief, it looks like someone forgot to tell the UK's Holy Men Of Hate.
