Norally, newspapers issue a retraction for such shoddy reporting, but not the LA Times. This way the LA Times gets to have its cake and eat it too. Jihadists will simply delete the "corrections" and republish the article for their anti western purposes. The Left will take this as a wink and a nod, yeah it's fake but accurate.
