The New York Times moans.
Is it really the case that the Journal is tilting right, or is the case that the Times is so far left wing that anything anyone else writes, seems right wing?

Media fall for climate hoax
So much for those layers of editors and fact checkers.
Here's yet another example of The New York Times and The Washington Post copy and pasting a story without checking it.
Here's yet another example of The New York Times and The Washington Post copy and pasting a story without checking it.
"In a story posted Monday morning, Reuters declared: “The Chamber of Commerce said on Monday it will no longer opposes climate change legislation, but wants the bill to include a carbon tax.”
Reuters updated the story to acknowledge the hoax, but it was too late: The Washington Post and the New York Times had already posted the fake story on their Web sites. "

How Internet Reporting Is Beating the New York Times
More and more people are noticing.
The big question people still refuse to address is, why is it always Internet reporting from the right that is beating an "august newspaper as The New York Times"?
I love this. "There may have been something else at play—snobbery." Yep that's it.
Really? I seem to remember Rathergate, the Reuters fake photographs and Van Jones to name a few. Talk about snobbery.

"In a meeting of New York conservative activists earlier this month, Andrew Breitbart received a raucous standing ovation for doing something many conservatives never dreamed possible. He beat The New York Times."

U.S. Says Iran Ended Atomic Arms Work
The New York Times reported two years ago.
Discovering Iran's secret nuclear plant September 2009
Oops!
Here's what the New York Times said in their 2007 article.
So, if the intelligence services were so wrong about Iraq, why was the New York Times so eager to believe them about Iran? Oh, I think you know the answer to that one.
"WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 — A new assessment by American intelligence agencies concludes that Iran halted its nuclear weapons program in 2003 and that the program remains frozen, contradicting judgment two years ago that Tehran was working relentlessly toward building a nuclear bomb. "
Discovering Iran's secret nuclear plant September 2009
Oops!
Here's what the New York Times said in their 2007 article.
"The new report comes out just over five years after a deeply flawed N.I.E. concluded that Iraq possessed chemical and biological weapons programs and was determined to restart its nuclear program — an estimate that led to congressional authorization for a military invasion of Iraq, although most of the report’s conclusions turned out to be wrong. "

Is Maureen Dowd mentally ill?
I'm serious. Tim Blair has some thoughts and links.
Hearing voices, "sparkly fairy dust", "spooky spirits", "knife-thrower" in the White House and invoking Mr. Spock? Then there's this:
Really Maureen? That sounds an awful lot like Communism to me. Maureen seems to be comfortable with Communists.
You mean as opposed to dropping him when Jones was outed, by his own words, as an avowed Communist and racist?
Is Maureen saying Rahm, "a knife-thrower" is running the country?
This woman is insane.
Hearing voices, "sparkly fairy dust", "spooky spirits", "knife-thrower" in the White House and invoking Mr. Spock? Then there's this:
"Sometimes, when you’ve got the mojo, you have to keep your foot on your opponent’s neck. When you’re trying to get a Sisyphean agenda passed, it’s good if people in the way — including rebellious elements in your own party — fear you."
Really Maureen? That sounds an awful lot like Communism to me. Maureen seems to be comfortable with Communists.
"...after dropping Van Jones at the first objection from Glenn Beck..."
You mean as opposed to dropping him when Jones was outed, by his own words, as an avowed Communist and racist?
"...the president is getting to be seen as an easy mark. [You said it Maureen. ed]
If Obama didn’t have a knife-thrower like Rahmbo in the Oval, Democrats would be totally convinced that the president would fold in a heartbeat."
Is Maureen saying Rahm, "a knife-thrower" is running the country?
"He should take his own words to heart. He can live long and prosper by being less Spocky and more Rocky. "
This woman is insane.
Another ACORN lie - video
Naturally the New York Times plays along.
Oops! The San Diego sting video.
Add smuggling illegal aliens to the charges against ACORN.
Now, don't you think before posting ACORN's claim, the New York Times would at least contact the video makers for comment? I mean, isn't that what professional journalist are suppose to do?
There are two big scandals here. 1) The ACORN scandal itself and 2) The media's abysmal failure in the whole affair
"In a statement over the weekend, Bertha Lewis, the chief organizer for Acorn, said the bogus prostitute and pimp had spent months visiting numerous Acorn offices, including those in San Diego, Los Angeles, Miami and Philadelphia, before getting the responses they were looking for."

Maureen Dowd now hearing voices
To be fair, she does work for the New York Times.
Ooooooooooo! Hearing unspoken words? Spooky stuff there Dowd.
"But, fair or not, what I heard was an unspoken word in the air: You lie, boy!"
Ooooooooooo! Hearing unspoken words? Spooky stuff there Dowd.

New York Times credits Obama for democracy in Middle East
Just think, Obama's only been in office 5 months. That's some feat then! Listen as the Times tries to rewrite history. But, giving all the credit to Obama is a streatch too far and the Times knows it.
So Bush opened space but could do little else and it took Obama to part the seas.
Note the use of Obama's middle name, Hussein.
Now let's see, how many elections were held in Iraq while Bush was President?
Don't you just love the way the Times thinks that the Arab world will love us now that Obama is President? Seems Iran didn't get the message.
The sooner the Times goes bust the better.
"Second, for real politics to happen you need space. There are a million things to hate about President Bush’s costly and wrenching wars. But the fact is, in ousting Saddam in Iraq in 2003 and mobilizing the U.N. to push Syria out of Lebanon in 2005, he opened space for real democratic politics that had not existed in Iraq or Lebanon for decades."
So Bush opened space but could do little else and it took Obama to part the seas.
"Finally, along came President Barack Hussein Obama. Arab and Muslim regimes found it very useful to run against George Bush. The Bush team demonized them, and they demonized the Bush team. Autocratic regimes, like Iran’s, drew energy and legitimacy from that confrontation, and it made it very easy for them to discredit anyone associated with America. Mr. Obama’s soft power has defused a lot of that. As result, “pro-American” is not such an insult anymore. "
Note the use of Obama's middle name, Hussein.

A Deception, and a Reluctance to Ask Questions
This happens repeatedly because the left wing media want it to be true.
Something the New York Times was unwilling to do during the election. Compare this to how the entire left wing media went after Joe the Plumber.
"Last month, after actual veterans uncovered his deceptions, Mr. Strandlof, 32, was detained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and then arrested by the Denver police on an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended license. "

Blame Bush won't cut it now. So...
Blame Reagan? The left have no shame. No wonder the New York Times is about to go under.

New York Times: Obama Iran policy a failure
Wow. Another Obama attack by the NYT. This is getting to be a daily occurrence.
"PRESIDENT OBAMA’S Iran policy has, in all likelihood, already failed. On its present course, the White House’s approach will not stop Tehran’s development of a nuclear fuel program — or, as Iran’s successful test of a medium-range, solid-fuel missile last week underscored, military capacities of other sorts."
