A teenager has been banned from wearing a hooded top or cap in public for five years after terrorising residents in a Manchester suburb.
I'm all for cracking down on these yobs but banning a hooded top or a cap?
I don't know about you, but women wearing a black hooded top that hides all but their eyes, scares the s**t out of me. Are they going to ban them next? Just asking.
